Yoga is the study of balance, balance is the aim of all living creatures: it is our home.
My Hatha yoga classes are for beginners, intermediates and more experienced practitioners. My classes are a combination of stationary postures and gentle flow. Pranayama and breathing work is included as well as meditation and relaxation.
I strive to provide a safe and caring environment where you can focus on re-connecting with your body, mind and your breath. My classes are tailored to suit you and I offer modifications and props. I have small classes with a maximum of 10-12 people as this enables me to provide individualised support.
My style has been influenced by the many teachers I’ve practiced under and I continue to bring new ideas and styles into my classes. We all continue to evolve as students of yoga and I encourage you to discover something new about yourself each time you come to the mat.
